Your friends and family might not remember what your entree, but they will always remember your homemade Parker House Rolls!
In the bowl of a bread maker, add all of the ingredients. Set on "dough only". Start.
Preheat oven to 425º.
Lightly oil 12 muffin pans; set aside.
When the dough is ready, lightly flour a Silpatº, place the dough on it, lightly flour.
Roll out to a 1/2" thickness.
Brush with melted butter.
With a pastry wheel, cut the dough into 1 1/2" X 2" rectangles.
Stack 4-5 pieces and place into prepared muffin tins.
Cover with a clean dish towel.; Set aside in a draft-free place for 30 minutes.
Bake for 8-10 minutes. Watch carefully so they won't burn!
Lightly brush with melted butter.
Serve while hot!
