Over the Christmas holidays we watched Julia Child’s PBS Cooking shows. Also, we cooked our favorite recipes from “Mastering the art of French Cooking, including stuffed mushrooms and chicken with mushroom sauce. With Julia Child sort of taking the focus of our holiday cooking and entertainment, I thought it would be fun to make more of her recipes in 2018. I am kicking it off with Tomates A La Provencale!
